Made from a long-ago sketch that I always liked, this is my Dragon self. Doing this piece of art reminded me that art is in the process and not the product.. I forget that whenever I stop drawing for too long. Because I have fun with the proces!s, but I don't like the product!

The little seven-star logo in the upper righthand corner was a whim, but it's a reminder to me of the things that are true and that I have stood for. A seven-pointed star is otherkin-related but the seven-pointed star with the descending Holy Spirit dove in the center is the logo for the Community of the Holy Spirit. I'm not part of that community anymore but they formed so much of who I am by teaching me so much.. of negative and positive both... so it's a general sort of reminder.

I fully agree with the process of drawing being the important part of it. It's the creating that's fun. That said, another lovely dragon here. I really like the way you do head/neck and tail fins and I love the curves of its body. I like big wings, too, so this picture earns an A+ for that alone. The detail with the scales is very nice as well. Keep drawing.
